RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love every piece you receive from The Look Lobby. Each item is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns If there is a quality issue or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@thelooklobby.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
For all faulty items, you may be offered a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability and production feasibility.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange Due to the nature of independent design and personal craftsmanship, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or pre-ordered items, including Made to Order and pieces featuring names or custom details
- Products marked “Sale” or purchased during promotional events
- Personal products such as earrings, hair accessories, and sunglasses
- Products created in your own choice of fabric, material, or specially commissioned (“closed-out products”)
- Gift Vouchers and store credits
Refund Method Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Final Sale All made-to-order, customized or pre-ordered, and sale products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed to be faulty upon arrival.
